These appear to be the questions asked most often - but no doubt the question you want to ask is not among them! Please call us with any queries you have.

Q: How many people from Luminex will be attending my wedding?

A: There will always be at least two photographers and usually one or two assistants.

Q: Can I have my album printed by a different supplier to the ones you use?

A: We use only the very best suppliers because they share our passion, and their standard of finish and quality of printing is outstanding. However, we are always willing to listen to new alternatives.

Q: Will the price reduce if we don't do the pre-wedding 'engagement' shoot?

A: No -the shoot is complimentary, and we think it is a VITAL part of what we do. We need to get to know you both; you need to get used to how we work and how to get the best from your photography. It is so important that we sometimes hesitate to do a wedding without a first shoot. And you get some brilliant photographs!

Q: Can I involve children in the pre-wedding 'engagement' shoot?

A: As a policy we generally try not to include children. The shoot is really about you as a couple rather than as a bigger family unit. We love photographing children, but in this case, they can become a distraction. We would be absolutely delighted to do a photoshoot for the whole family at a later date.

Q: Do you supply the final images on CD?

A: We do at screen resolution for use on the internet,. The high resolution print quality images are available as an option.

Q: Are discounts available on duplicate albums/prints?

A: Generally speaking, yes, we can offer discounts - they are dependent on the items required.
